EVENTS SCHEDULE

Tuesday July 14th:
 
  • Art class with Candice Ostroski: 9:00AM-2:00PM.Waterfront Gazebo-Unleash your inner artist and paint a picture! Guided by Artist Candice Ostroski. Participants are encouraged to bring a camping

  • Seniors Event: Curling Club (209 St Andrew Street). -Let the games begin! Games begin at 3:00PM, Chair yoga by Sandra Fournier starts at 3:30PM at the Bathurst Curling Club. Supper at 5:30PM and live music at 8:00PM!

  • Bowling at the Bowlarama: 4:00PM-6:00PM -Come take advantage of the hospitality days special at Bowlarama~ 50$: 1 lane for 2h, 4-6 people, 1 12-inch pizza.

  • Beach Volleyball tournament: 1:00PM-4:00PM, Youghall beach courts -Come on down to the Youghall beach volleyball courts for a beach volleyball tournament. Teams of 2 with 1 Sub. Register in advance. 12 teams max Ages 14-20.

  • Movie Night for Kids: Apollo Cinema- doors open at 5:30PM, movies start at 6:30PM -$2 cost to watch movie, choice between 5 movies

  • Minute to Win it night: 6:00PM-8:00PM -Come on down to the Bathurst city dart hall for some fun minute to win it games! $5/person to play, all ages welcome!

Thursday July 16th:
  • Sandcastle competition: 10:00AM-12:00PM-Youghall Beach 

  • Tea Party: 1:30PM-3:30PM- Bathurst Heritage Museum. Donations accepted at the door. 

  • Paintball with Co-Action: 9:00AM-4:00PM- North Tetagouche Rec Centre. -$10 for 200 paintballs/gellyball is free. Register in advance through google form 

  • Bowling at the Bowlarama: 4:00PM-6:00PM -Come take advantage of the hospitality days special at Bowlarama~ 50$: 1 lane for 2h, 4-6 people, 1 12-inch pizza. 

  • The River Walk: 7:00PM -Start at Four Rivers and then make your way to 13 barrels, la louga, then bootlegger, and finally la louga for the afterparty. Free to participate. Must be 19+. 

  • Citizen of the year -Citizen of the year will be announced during the rivercrawl. Nominate using the google form on the hospitality days facebook! 

Saturday July 18th:
  • Shuffleboard Tournament: 9:00AM At the legion, cost of 60$ per team with 6 people per team. Register in advance. 

  • Car Show and Make-a-Wish BBQ: 10:00AM-3:00PM Grab a bite and see some cool cars on Main and King Street! 

  • Dog Show: 10:00-1:00PM (Registration starts at 10:00AM). At Coronation Park 

Wednesday July 15th:
 
  • Touch a Truck: 9:00AM-1:00PM-At the K.C irving parking lot come view impressive such as firetrucks, police cars, and heavy machines. Free for all ages! 

  • Squire Green Golf Tournament : 1:00PM Sign up for the annual Hospitality Days golf tournament!

  • Aquatic Centre Family Swim : 2:00-4:00PM Free open swim at the aquatic center! 50 persons maximum capacity, come early to avoid disappointment..

  • July 15-18: A variety of activities at the Bathurst Makerspace, co-hosted by local organizations and experts; Ulnooweg Education, RCSCC 275 Chaleur, Ember & Glaze, Nursing Homes Without Walls, Carole Asselin, Patrick Beeson, and Layers 3D Print Studio. Registration: go.amp.ca/hospitalitydays

  • Food Village: 4:00PM-11:00PM. Canard Street -Grab a bite to eat at one of our many food vendors before the fireworks begin! 

  • Teen Idol: 6:30PM, Waterfront -Support local teens in the teen idol finale! 

  • Fireworks: 10:00PM -Join us in celebrating the start of Hospitality Days! A fireworks competition between two companies that is sure to “wow” all in attendance. 

Friday July 17th:
  • Hospitality Days Scavenger Hunt: 9:00AM start- K.C Irving - 9:00AM start time-run through downtown Bathurst to find letters scattered across the town to make up a sentence for a chance to win **prize tbd. Teams of 5 people MAX. Come to one of our 2 office locations to register your team! 5$ per person. *Please note that this event is recommended for ages 12+ due to the time it takes, physical stamina, and mental challenge! 

  • Beach yoga with Sunny: 11:30AM - Located on the sand in front of the platform! A donation based class that is suitable for all levels. 

  • Aquatic Centre Family Swim : 1:00-3:00PM Free open swim at the aquatic center! 50 persons maximum capacity, come early to avoid disappointment.. 

  • Country Night: 7:00PM at Vickers Field Washboard Union, The Martin Boys, and The Mainlanders Note: You must be 13 years or older , accompanied by an adult or guardian , and provide a valid government-issued ID to attend this event. Chairs are permitted. No coolers. 

Sunday July 19th:
  • Beach yoga with Sunny: 10:00AM - Located on the sand in front of the platform! A donation based class that is suitable for all levels. 

  • Chaleur paddle shack hospitality days deal: $5 off on all 1h rentals 10:00AM-7:00PM 

  • Family farmer's market 8:00AM-12:00PM: bouncy castles & petting zoo. Pancake breakfast. Fundraiser for dart hall. Register table for farmers market $20 a table reach out to Austin Doucet (506)-480-0609. Bathurst Dart Hall 

  • Market at the Waterfront: 11:00 AM–3:00 PM 

  • Rock Night: -Sloan, The Trews, and Signal Hill -Note: You must be 13 years or older , accompanied by an adult or guardian , and provide a valid government-issued ID to attend this event. Chairs are permitted. No coolers. 

  • 4H BBQ: During the Horsepull Competition Hungry after watching all that horse pulling action? Support the New Brunswick 4H Club by purchasing food from their BBQ! 

  • Horsepull Competition: 12:00PM (506-252-8134) A thrilling event for everyone! Located past the baseball field in Coronation Park.
